Abstract
间变大细胞淋巴瘤的组织学特点需要与许多肿瘤鉴别诊断，包括癌，黑色素瘤，以及淋巴造血系统肿瘤，如弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤，经典霍奇金淋巴瘤，髓系肉瘤，外周T细胞淋巴瘤NOS。不同寻常的特点包括不易察觉的淋巴窦累及、组织细胞样形态、表达CK、表达CD15，以及各种ALK表达模式。这里报告了一些具有不寻常形态学或免疫组化特点的病例，提示日常工作中遇到的间变大细胞淋巴瘤诊断的复杂性。
